Manchester based Forever Digital was appointed as Zouk’s digital agency in December 2017 and tasked with delivering Zouk’s online identity and platform as part of a growth plans in 2018.
The team at Forever Digital undertook an extensive research phase to understand Zouk’s online offering, which included face-to face interviews with the company’s stakeholders, consumers and user experience sessions to understand the target market’s needs.
The results helped form and create a new digital strategy to maximise the effectiveness of Zouk’s online across multiple touch points.
