We’re hiring – Senior Designer

We are looking for a multi-talented senior designer to join our small design studio in Manchester.

From one-off-digital projects to full website designs, no two Forever projects are the same: if you’re a creative who enjoys variety in what you do, you will enjoy the diverse nature of our work.

Visual identities form a core part of our business offering therefore a passion for and extensive experience in graphic and brand identity design is a must. Our ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, an analytical mind, a good eye for detail and portfolio to back it up.

We’re looking for someone who does not shy away from a challenge and is comfortable working to tight deadlines when required. You will be joining us during an exciting time and will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, often for different clients. Our agency team is entrepreneurial, smart, hard working and fun – Forever is a challenging yet very rewarding workplace, one where your effort and passion can make a real difference to our clients.

We’re looking for someone who can take a brief and deliver, but who is always thinking about how to add more value. As a senior member of the design team you’ll need to be confident line managing and mentoring juniors, although for much of this year we will be keeping to a tight-knit experienced team.

The team will be primarily remote working but we require face to face office working (when permitted) once or twice per week depending on projects; so being within commuting distance is important.

4-6 years of design experience

Proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite
Wide portfolio covering digital, branding, campaign design, social media assets and experience in digital application – (strong logo work is a must)

Animation skills are highly favourable

Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Sharp attention to detail within a fast-paced work environment

Interest in design trends, UX design, creative technology, and digital marketing

Ability to work under pressure and complete projects on time

Interesting projects from all over the globe
