Zouk came to Forever looking to refresh their website and to make it easier for their customers to use.
We undertook a period of customer research to uncover what content they were consuming, variations between devices and also used user-tracking software to monitor how they were using the website.
From the data gathered, we created a new UI strategy and design to make it easier for customers to use the website on mobile, rethinking the way content is structured, introducing highlighted menu links and an instant book functionality.
As well as reinvigorating the site from a design perspective to ensure the full vibrancy of the Zouk brand was evident on the site, we also restructured the new website to ensure content was easier to discover, including blogs, events and recipes, and made it easier to both promote and book additional products including cooking classes and team-building events.
A tasty end result, if we do say so ourselves.
