Paid Media / PPC Manager

This role is ideal for an established Manager looking to grow and scale paid activity within the agency, or an aspiring Exec looking for a path into management and personal development.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage and optimise paid search, display and paid social campaigns for a diverse range of client industries and budgets – primarily Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, as well as Pinterest, Spotify, TikTok
- Daily campaign management across all clients & platforms
- Identify & help explore opportunities for improvement on client websites, eg. where existing website user journeys may be detrimental to paid performance
- Write compelling ads, optimising copy & taking advantage of different ad types, with an “always-be-testing” mentality
- Carry out keywords & audience research for new campaigns and clients
- Manage budget & ROI – Deliver efficient cost effective campaigns, whilst constantly improving and maintaining all paid channels
- Analysis and Reporting – Producing regular reports for clients, as well as turning data into actionable insights
- React to any vital Google Ads updates and new features, planning outcomes and communicating effectively with clients when pertinent
- Develop proposals & forecasts for new potential clients
Skills:
- Proven experience of planning, creating, managing and reporting successful PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social
- Comfortable managing a range of budgets as well as generating ROI
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager / Business Suite
- Must have a high level of attention to detail
- Be able to work on your own initiative and react quickly to the changing PPC market, Google Ads updates, etc
- Must be mathematically and analytically minded, and able to provide insight on high level data
- Be comfortable liaising with clients
- Up to date Google Ads certification
